Agronomy Intern (R.D. Offutt Farms and Syngenta)

R.D. Offutt Farms and Syngenta, agriculture leaders, are partnering together to create a unique opportunity for college students pursuing a career in agriculture. This internship opportunity will provide the selected students with a hands-on learning experience working on real projects and real solutions. The agronomy interns will learn about nutritional value and sustainability of the potato, crop development, insect, weed and disease scouting, soil sampling, petiole sampling, social responsibility in agriculture and initiate an individual agronomy project before the end of the internship.

They will see the vertically integrated farm experience from seed production all the way through processing the raw product.
