M&E Engineer

Provide technical support and advice to authority for the building projects during construction stages. Conduct inspections at construction sites so as to identify non-conformance, bad construction practices and design enhancements / improvements Provide assistance to authority in reviewing the M&E drawings, plans, materials, method statements, trade demonstrations, mock ups Conduct interview to workers on site to evaluate their knowledge in carrying out particular scope of works Supervise the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of M&E system to ensure T&C process is in accordance to the approved method statement Preparation of Construction Quality Inspection Report within 3 working days following each inspection conducted Assist authority in preparing monthly trend analysis report Participate in quality related meetings to verify the compliance of authority quality standards Resolve issues which arise during the course of duties of the Engineer.
