PREA Manager

The PREA Manager oversees the facility’s compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) and National Standards (28 CFR Part 115). This role leads efforts to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and harassment while ensuring a zero-tolerance environment. The PREA Manager serves as the facility’s subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all PREA-related matters, integrating compliance standards into daily operations.
