Med (quadmedical.com) Schedule: 32hrs/wk JOB REQUIREMENTS Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience Ability to work independently Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Active and unrestricted applicable licensure Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire NPI & DEA Current National Board Certification May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location Position Highlights: A practice based on quality of care and not productivity Commercially insured patient base Outpatient only with a preventative medicine focus Work-life balance/realistic patient panel size EMR–Epic Make a difference in the lives of the patients who are challenged to be engaged and responsible for their own care.
