Event Specialist

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Event Specialist in Crane Indiana. Position Description: Primary point of contact for the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events, ceremonies, trade shows, and meetings of varying sizes.

Manage end-to-end event logistics including facility coordination, preparation; set-up/tear-down, clean-up, catering, transportation, invitee lists, special guests, equipment provision, and printed materials. Tour and event support, including agenda development/revisions, welcome packet creation, RSVP tracking, conference space coordination, material shipping/tracking, and day-of execution.

Provide organizational, building, conference, and symposia support by setting up displays, exhibits, and other conference media Track the inventory of specialty supply items (e.g., tablecloths, flags, graphic materials) used during events and notify the client when supplies are low, unusable, or require replacement.
