Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist About the Role: Addiction Foods is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 3 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing company , hands-on SAP knowledge , and familiarity with AI tools to support accurate payment processing and improve finance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents, approvals, and account coding. Match invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts. Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely, accurate supplier payments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.

Maintain accounts payable records in SAP and support month-end closing, accruals, and audits. Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting, document handling, and routine processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a manufacturing company . Practical knowledge of SAP , particularly accounts payable and purchasing transactions. Familiarity with AI tools and their application to finance tasks and process improvement. Good understanding of invoice matching, supplier reconciliations, payment controls, and month-end procedures.
