What You'll Do

As an Assembly Operator, you'll help build high-quality hydraulic motors used by customers around the world. Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand and power tools. Follow clear work instructions and quality standards. Inspect components to ensure quality and accuracy. Work with your teammates to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

Experience is NOT required. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter most! Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn. Comfortable working with your hands and using tools. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Committed to safety, quality, and teamwork. Able to read and understand English work and safety instructions.

Must be at least 18 years old. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements: This is an active manufacturing position involving standing for 8–10 hours, repetitive assembly tasks, and lifting components up to 45 lbs. Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
