What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Complete accurate job documentation Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call Participate in an on-call rotation What You Bring Journeyman HVAC License required 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers EPA Certification preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Positive attitude and team-first mentality What We Offer $32–$40/hour based on experience Full-time, year-round work Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Why Levine & Sons?
