Food Prep & Dishwasher Team Member fit-flavors | Full-Time | $18 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM– approximately 3:00 PM About fit-flavors fit-flavors is a fast-growing meal prep company committed to providing fresh, high-quality meals our customers can feel good about. Our Kitchen Department plays an essential role in preparing and delivering consistent, nutritious meals while maintaining high standards for quality, food safety, and cleanliness.

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and energetic team member to support both food preparation and dishwashing operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a sense of urgency, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Food Preparation & Kitchen Support Assist with basic food preparation according to established recipes and instructions. Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help keep the kitchen ready for production. Assist with additional cleaning, preparation, and kitchen tasks as assigned by the chefs.

Communicate with the kitchen team about supplies, equipment, or other issues that may affect production. Dishwashing & Sanitation Wash and sanitize dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Prioritize dishes and equipment needed by the kitchen and packaging teams to keep production moving. Collect dirty dishes from the Packaging Department Keep clean and dirty dishes organized and properly separated.

Maintain a clean dish station, including floors, walls, and surrounding work areas. Change dish machine water as required and complete scheduled deep-cleaning duties. Work with the team to maintain an efficient, clean, and organized dish station. Teamwork & Professionalism Arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared for the day's responsibilities.

Work efficiently while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Communicate with chefs and teammates when tasks are complete or additional help is needed. Accept coaching and feedback, follow directions, and contribute to a respectful team environment. Stay engaged with team communications and support the overall success of the Kitchen Department.

The ability to stay organized and maintain a steady pace throughout the shift. Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is helpful but not required for candidates who are motivated to learn and work hard.
