BDC Representative/ Appointment Setter

Grayson Hyundai is looking for a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Compensation

$15.00 per hour $8 bonus for every appointment that shows $10 additional bonus for every shown appointment that purchases a vehicle Full-time (40 hours per week) What You'll Do Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to prospective and previous customers. Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership.

Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with no-shows. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet daily and monthly appointment goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and phone skills. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable using computers and learning CRM software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
