The Recruitment Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition approval to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective talent acquisition. The role is responsible for job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, selection processes, background checks, and offer preparation.
It also monitors recruitment metrics, supports employer branding initiatives, and maintains engaging career content to attract, select, and retain top talent aligned with Northern Credit Union’s organizational needs.
