Kinley Elementary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: CT Certification (111) TESOL, K-12 RESPONSIBLE TO: Building Administrator/Program Director ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To help students in the learning process through the effective application of instructional skills and knowledge of appropriate subject matter.
