Business Process Analyst

As part of ASEBP's Business Delivery Services department, the Business Process Analyst works with internal business customers and subject matter experts to understand, document, analyze, and improve business processes. The role facilitates collaborative discovery sessions, develops current-state and future-state process models, administers the repository where process documentation is stored and governed, identifies process gaps and improvement opportunities, and supports teams to implement sustainable changes.

The Business Process Analyst connects business needs, process design, data, and enabling technologies so that improvements align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
