Instructional Systems Designer

The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) acts as a performance improvement consultant, focusing on analyzing business needs and identifying performance gaps to create effective learning or recommend non-learning solutions.

Collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders, the ISD recommends evidence-based interventions such as blended learning programs, simulations, and digital experiences. The role requires strong analytical, consulting, and instructional design skills.

• Develops instructor-led and computer-based training curricula, handbooks, job aids, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works including use and support of a Learning Management System
• Manages content review process which includes validating learning objectives, putting in place changes and updates as needed, course effectiveness, and ensuring high quality of deliverables.
• Gathers up-to-date information and integrates feedback into best practices
