What You'll Do

As an Account Associate, you'll help grow our agency by turning customer conversations into opportunities while delivering outstanding service.

• Connect with new and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and proactive outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Discover cross-selling opportunities and help customers protect more of what matters.
• Confidently present solutions, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Generate referrals and turn strong customer relationships into new business.
• Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving toward the finish line.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims-related needs, and account updates.
• Stay organized, document opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to the office!
