HVAC Lead Installer

Description Calling Qualified and Driven Lead HVAC Installers! If this is you Walker wants to connect! Walker Plumbing Heating & Air is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

You will: Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats. Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members. Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs. Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.

Requirements
