•Providing visible, hands-on leadership across restaurant, bar, Conference & Events and In-Room Dining operations. •Leading and supporting Supervisors and operational team members, setting clear expectations and building a culture of accountability, teamwork and service excellence. •Build and execute sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for F&B outlets, group dining, and private events •Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
