Internship Overview The Engineer Intern will support active construction projects while learning core field engineering responsibilities under the guidance of experienced Construction Managers and engineers. This internship offers structured, hands-on exposure to jobsite operations, safety, quality control, and project documentation, with increasing responsibility throughout the summer. What You’ll Do Assist with engineering tasks and jobsite inspections Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Support site logistics, material tracking, and subcontractor coordination Participate in safety inspections, JHAs, and quality control activities Observe concrete work, crane operations, and wall panel installation Help prepare daily reports, as-built documentation, and issue logs Qualifications: Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Strong interest in construction and field operations Willingness to work outdoors on active job sites Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Commitment to safety and teamwork What We Offer Hands-on experience on real construction projects Mentorship from experienced field engineers and managers Exposure to multiple phases of construction operations Professional development and networking opportunities Additional Training (as time permits) OSHA 10-Hour (if not already completed) Introductory exposure to safety, quality, and crane operations Equal Opportunity Employer Mc.
