Civil Portfolio Discipline Leader (PDL) - (water/wastewater)

Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking two Senior Civil Engineers to lead high-performing Civil Engineering teams in delivering innovative water, wastewater, and remediation solutions for clients across the West. These leaders will serve as Civil Portfolio Discipline Leaders (PDL) for one of two regional portfolios: (1) Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho, or (2) Washington, Oregon, Vancouver (British Columbia), Hawaii, and Guam.

This PDL is a highly-strategic position that requires proven strength in group leadership, design management, and civil engineering design of water and wastewater facilities for our clients.

As a team leader, the PDL will manage group workload, hiring, and project assignments, as well as provide mentoring and performance feedback for group employees.
