Customer Account Manager - Aerospace/Defense, Space

The Customer Account Manager will manage assigned customer accounts by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer needs are met, and coordinating support across internal teams such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, issue resolution, account planning, and negotiations. Oversee accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and data management, and may provide supervision to other team members.
