Shelter Supervisor
Job description
A supervisory position working with dependent and alleged delinquent youth and Youth and Family Advocates (YFAs) in a non-secure residential setting. Responsible for the training and supervision of the YFAs, for the maintenance of the program and for fostering good child-care practices. Must be familiar with the Child Protective Services Law, the Juvenile Act, and Article 3800 regulations of the Department of Human Services.
