Surgery Manager

📢 NOW HIRING: SURGERY MANAGER 🏥 📍 Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35660 💰 Pay Rate: $48-$57 per hour Are you an experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a background in surgical services? We are seeking a qualified Surgery Manager to lead and coordinate surgical department operations while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily surgical department operations, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation. Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff and surgical team members. Ensure patient safety, quality care, and compliance with surgical protocols and infection control standards. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

(Must-Haves) Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license. BLS certification required. ACLS and/or PALS certification, as applicable to the role. Minimum of 5 years of work experience demonstrating management and leadership skills. 2–3 years of surgery experience required. ⚠️ Relocation Requirement: Candidates must be able to relocate to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, within 30 days.
