EMT Paramedic/Patient Access Rep Full Time Days

As the EMT-P/Patient Access, you are responsible for planning and providing individual goal directed care that promotes, advocates for, and strives to protect the health, safety and rights of the individual, family and community. You are accountable for your practice and care coordination. You are expected to practice autonomously utilizing evidence based practices.

You will support the mission, vision, and values of Lubbock Heart and Surgical Hospital. As the EMT-P in the Emergency Department, you will have additional roles as receptionist and full registration clerk, answering inquires of a general and medical nature through utilization of phone, patient call system, message relaying, and the procession of patient information into the health information system.
