Welder Intern - Day Shift

The Weld Intern is responsible for developing foundational welding and fabrication skills through hands-on training and supervised production experience. The role assists experienced welders with daily welding and fabrication activities while learning to safely operate welding tools and equipment, follow weld procedures and standard work, interpret drawings and blueprints, and meet quality requirements.

The Weld Intern progressively develops technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of welding processes while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
