Senior Program Manager-Passenger Access Services

This role leads, manages and administers services and programs providing passenger access to transit for Sound Transit’s Transit Operations (TO) Department under the general direction of the Manager, Passenger Access Services. Ensures that all programs are delivered and executed within time and budget constraints and in full compliance with Sound Transit, and local, state, and federal policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; leads the implementation, management, and operation of passenger parking, loading (pick-up and drop-off), and selected bike and scooter parking management programs and services; leveraging resources and coordinating work across departments, divisions, and contractors to optimize access for passengers.
