Position Summary
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, financial results, and guest experience of all food and beverage operations at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. This hands-on role oversees the outlets, banquet operations, and in-room dining while ensuring exceptional service standards, operational consistency, and profitability.
Reporting to the Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations, the Director of Food & Beverage partners closely with company leadership to drive revenue growth, elevate guest satisfaction, develop talent, and maintain the Stein Eriksen Lodge standards and positioning.
