Bakery Sanitation/Receiving Supervisor

Supervise a sanitation crew and maintain the physical facilities of a bakery plant. Individual will be expected to formulate a Master Cleaning Schedule for the facility. A Sanitation/Receiving supervisor will cover for the absence of Food Safety Manager. Supervise and oversee receiving department, assist unloading of ingredients and packaging, verify completion of receiving procedures.

Oversee safety with assistance of manager, review incidents, plan and implement safety policies, procedures, trainings, monthly meetings and safety inspections/audits.
