Skilled Laborer - 4th Creek WWTP Public Utilities Department Salary Range: $19.77 - $32.62 Hourly / $41,121.60 - $67,849.60 Annually FLSA Position Class: Full-time, Non-Exempt Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Posting Closing Date: August 25, 2026 Summary This position is responsible for semi-skilled work in a variety of janitorial, landscaping, and repair assignments involving the use of specialized tools and equipment within the city’s water and wastewater treatment divisions.
