Retail Support Specialist

The AP Retail Support Specialist is responsible for reviewing, coding, and routing invoices, refunds, and check requests submitted through Stampli. This role ensures transactions are complete, supported by the required documentation, and routed through the appropriate approval workflow to support timely payment processing.

The Retail Support Specialist partners with Retail Operations, the Training Department, and Accounts Payable to maintain consistent processes while providing exceptional customer service to the field. This role supports the business by helping to identify documentation gaps, maintaining coding accuracy, and ensuring transactions continue to move efficiently through the approval process.
