Administrative/Technical Specialist

You will serve as the DATA MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD in the WEAPONS LIFE CYCLE LOGISTICS BRANCH of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $158,322).

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading or planning data management programs (i.

e., Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) architectures) across complex multi-program naval weapon portfolios. This includes supporting the development or implementation of data management frameworks and policies that treat data as strategic enterprise assets; aligning data strategies with NAVSEA, Warfare Center, or DoD digital engineering directives; contributing to data interoperability across programs and partners; or applying knowledge of technical data rights (including DFARS 252.
