ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the hospitality industry, which is where I learned the value of building relationships, showing up for people, and creating a great experience every day. That same mindset is at the heart of how we serve our customers and support our team.

I’m a graduate of Miami University and have been married for 14+ years with two daughters (11 and 9) and a King Charles Cavalier who keeps things entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching kids, spending time with friends, and catching sporting events whenever I can. We enjoy being involved in the community through local events and outreach, and we’re always looking for more ways to show up and stay connected to the people we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
