Supervisory Store Associate

A Supervisory Store Associate performs as a first line supervisor for Store Associates Read the entire announcement before starting the application process.

Directs the following work in multiple areas of the commissary: Front end operations including patron identification, customer inquiries, check out and cash control Non-perishable stock control including transporting items and stocking shelves Meat display and case stocking Produce inspection display and rotation Accounts maintenance, supply, and computer operations Read the entire job announcement.

You must meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualifications for series 1101 and additional requirements by the announcement closing date. Your resume must clearly show that you have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-06. Examples of specialized experience include: Plans, directs, or assigns work for employees; Knowledgeable in multiple departments within a grocery store to evaluate work, provide instruction, and conduct on the job training for workers; Carry out daily grocery store functions necessary to successfully execute store operations.

Experience can be under other Federal service pay systems, private sector, or military.
