Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish. Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation, including smoke and odor remediation. Adherence to industry standards and company protocols. Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For Certifications : Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred. Experience : Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in fire restoration.

Skills : Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic. Attitude : A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
