PLAYMAKER Job Summary: The playmaker is responsible for delivering vibrant, interactive, and professional entertainment programs. He/She organises and participates in daytime and nighttime recreational games and activities with guests.

Responsibilities

Creating an environment of fun during any event happening at the Resort Preparing space, equipment, and props ahead of scheduled activities Liaising with partnering departments on activities in advance for early set-up Checking activities and entertainment spaces prior to the event Providing clear and properly sequenced information about each activity for guests Announcing safety precautions and procedures for activities, prior to and if necessary, during an activity Playing an integral role in the set-up and delivery of features of themed events Monitoring community craft artisans, invited on property, for conformity to resort standards Qualifications: Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Performing Arts, or related fields Minimum three (3) years' experience in a similar field Experience in performing arts is an asset Experience in hospitality or resorts is an asset
