Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers by providing information about our products/services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Explain products/services and answer questions clearly Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary Follow company scripts and guidelines during calls Requirements Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent Graduation preferred (any field) Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is a plus
