Job Summary

.4 Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care tasks to promote unit organization and smooth function under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager. Functions as a PCA and Unit Secretary.

Qualifications

High School or equivalent Required Successful completion of Nurses Aide Program (or equivalent preparation) Required Prior experience as PCA/US Preferred Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to read, write and communicate in English Current Nurse Assistant certification (or the equivalent) Preferred Must complete Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training on a bi-annual basis Required Montefiore St.
