Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate Culinary Depot | Spring Valley, NY Culinary Depot is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Retail Sales Associate who can manage multiple customers and tasks while turning inquiries into completed sales. We need someone who is proactive, organized, comfortable negotiating, and knows how to follow through and close deals.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with finding and purchasing commercial kitchen equipment and supplies. Understand customer needs and recommend the right products. Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and open opportunities to close sales. Manage multiple customers and sales opportunities at the same time. Build customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Communicate product information, pricing, and availability clearly. Process orders and sales transactions accurately. Track pending deals and consistently follow up until they are closed. Maintain an organized showroom and assist with general store operations as needed.

Requirements

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow up with customers and close deals. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Experience with equipment, appliances, or commercial kitchen products is a plus.

Compensation

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience. Commission on sales, in addition to base pay. Full-time, in-person position. Location: Spring Valley, NY. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the sales process, stays on top of every opportunity, and gets deals across the finish line.
