Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, completing basic work orders, maintaining pools, and ensuring the property grounds remain clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Prior experience as a Make Ready Technician preferred; basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance required Must provide own tools for daily use Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
