Make Ready Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Make Ready Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing rental properties for new tenants by performing cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure each unit meets company standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare rental units between tenants, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Perform minor repairs such as patching holes, painting, replacing fixtures, and fixing appliances. Inspect units to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before tenant move-in. Coordinate with property managers and maintenance staff to address larger repair needs.

Maintain tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies in good working order. Document work completed and report any issues or damages found during make ready process. Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in property maintenance, cleaning, or related field preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Work Environment This position involves working in various rental properties, often requiring physical activity and exposure to cleaning chemicals and tools. The Make Ready Technician must be adaptable and able to work in different weather conditions as needed.
