As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team from our Newmanstown location. This is an opportunity to guide sales strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and help shape the future of our business.

YOUR IMPACT • Drive growth by developing sales and marketing strategies that expand existing accounts and reach new markets. • Lead and develop the sales team through clear goals, coaching, training, and performance management. • Partner with Human Resources on hiring and employee development. • Build lasting customer relationships and support sales representatives in negotiating and closing business. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. • Collaborate on product development, pricing, packaging, advertising, and promotional activities. • Manage budgets, sales forecasts, territories, and quotas to support profitable growth. • Work closely with operations and other departments to align customer needs with company priorities.
