Flexible work schedule available Job Responsibilities: Perform residential Oil & HVAC service calls. Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services. Ask the right questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions. Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Train and mentor apprentices. Strong verbal and written communications.Qualifications: Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
