Therapists are the treatment plan managers for residents and have the responsibility and authority to ensure treatment activities comply with the standards promulgated in Louisiana's minimum licensure standards for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities. Therapists shall have a caseload of no more than 12 residents and are responsible for adhering to the agency’s clinical practice standards. Therapists work under the administrative direction of the Program Director.
