Job Title CNC Milling Operator & Programmer (Mastercam / Haas CNC Mills) Location Mississauga, ON Employment Type Full-Time | Permanent Compensation $25-$35/hr (depending on experience) Introduction CNC Milling Operator & Programmer Are you a CNC Machinist who enjoys both programming and hands-on machining? We're hiring on behalf of a growing custom machine builder that designs and manufactures specialized equipment for customers across North America.

Competitive hourly compensation Stable full-time opportunity Modern machine-building environment Variety of custom projects and components Opportunity to own projects from programming through production Collaborative engineering and manufacturing team Long-term career growth potential What You'll Be Doing Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC Milling machines Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies Perform first-off inspections and quality checks Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times Maintain setup sheets, tooling information, and production documentation Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on custom machine-building projects What We're Looking For Required Technical diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field 3+ years of CNC Milling programming and operation experience Strong Mastercam experience Experience programming and operating Haas CNC Mills Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Strong understanding of precision machining practices Preferred Experience within custom machine building Manual machining experience AutoCAD exposure Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ideal Background Candidates coming from the following environments will be highly successful: Custom Machine Builders Automation Equipment Manufacturers Tool & Die Shops Precision Machining Facilities OEM Manufacturing Environments Apply Today If you're looking for an opportunity where you can leverage both your programming and machining expertise while working on custom engineered projects, we'd like to hear from you.
