Assistant Program Manager, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Master's Level Licensed Mental Health Professional, Bilingual Assistant Program Manager for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS), located in Holyoke, MA. ACCS is funded through the Department of Mental Health and is a multidisciplinary outreach approach for persons served in need of psychiatric and other services living independently in the community.

This involves active engagement including assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building, symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support.
