Job Responsibilities

Collect payment on Parts and Service invoices . Receipt cash/check payments . Process credit card payments/refunds . Enter payment information to close invoices . Run and reconcile reports for daily deposits . Answer incoming calls from switchboard . Always be courteous and helpful to customers and fellow employees .

Other office duties as needed or requested Job Requirements: . High school diploma . Excellent communication skills . Strong knowledge of math/accounting preferred . Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations . 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy What We Offer: .
