• Professional yet casual, able to joyfully and mindfully communicate with patients, active listener, clear verbal communicator, energized and effective communicator
• Checks patients in and out proficiently
• Primary function is presenting finances to patients, secures financial agreements, setting up payment plans and monitoring them, managing patient care/concerns, daily audits, 90 day past due collections, attend bi-weekly leadership meetings.
• Returns patient phone calls regarding treatment, Follow up with patients on treatment plans
• Collect payments from patients in the practice
