Facility Operations Manager

Facility / Operations Manager Cosset Bath & Body — Salt Lake City, UT Full-time About Cosset Cosset Bath & Body is a growing Utah-based CPG company that makes therapeutic bath and body products sold in hundreds of grocery stores. We run a lean, hands-on operation and are looking for a leader who can raise standards across the facility while staying close to the work.

The Role We are hiring a Facility / Operations Manager who will own day-to-day facility performance and retain accountability for production. This is a broad, hands-on leadership position. You will set clear expectations, reduce waste, and bring the same level of discipline we expect on the production floor to the warehouse, maintenance, and supporting functions.

What You Will Own

• Overall production results — output, quality of workmanship, labor planning, and GMP/FDA compliance (including ISO 22716). Develop and coach a production lead as needed so floor execution stays strong.
• Warehouse performance: inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and team accountability.
• Front-office standards around attendance, scheduling discipline, and basic workflow.
• Consistent work-hour and productivity expectations across the facility (including coordination with accounts receivable processes).
• Quality system performance and support for the Quality Manager’s resource and process needs.
• Maintenance — both preventive and reactive — through the maintenance lead and a defined work schedule.
• Cross-department coordination and measurable reductions in wasted time and materials. What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience leading production or multi-function operations in a manufacturing or CPG environment.
• Ability to set clear standards, coach people, and hold teams accountable without constant escalation.
• Working knowledge of GMP, inventory control, and basic maintenance coordination.
• Direct, constructive communication and a track record of improving how work gets done.
• Comfort operating in a smaller company where you both lead and stay involved in the details.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with the opportunity for performance-based increases tied to measurable improvements in productivity, waste reduction, inventory accuracy, and facility standards. Range will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and demonstrated results.
