What We Offer

Competitive Compensation – $4,000 per month base pay plus commission. Life and disability insurance 401(k) with Company Match Ongoing Training and Career Growth Opportunities Supportive, Family-Oriented Work Environment Paid Time Off and Holidays credited on day 1 of employment Technology Tools and Support to help you succeed Requirements Your Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will: Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with guests Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget Have a flexible work schedule that will fit the needs of your life while still providing the exceptional service our customers are accustomed to Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all vehicle models and features Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals What We’re Looking For: Passion for customer service and sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record If you’re ready to join a dealership that values its employees and customers while offering great pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive team, apply today!
