Actuarial Filing Manager

UFG is looking for an action-oriented actuarial leader with strong business acumen to enhance our pricing team capabilities. The individual in this role will develop and lead a team that is fully engaged with our enablement partners in streamlining and scaling our rate filing process, as well as the analytics driving rate recommendations.

This role will require building and maintaining strong relationships with the Underwriting and Product teams to effectively drive business strategies. This position will also manage multiple actuarial and/or line analysts.
