Service Engineer

Perform initial diagnostics to identify mechanical or technical issues accurately. Log productive time when conducting diagnostics to ensure proper job costing. Monitor the distribution and allocation of repair orders to ensure balanced workloads. Maximize workshop productivity by ensuring a continuous workflow and appropriate application of labor times.

Ensure the quality of repair and maintenance services to support high standards and boost customer satisfaction. Provide support to service advisors and technicians when interpreting complex customer complaints. Accurately draft technical reports to reflect the nature of diagnosis, repairs, and parts used. Prepare and submit monthly reports on departmental performance, including productivity metrics and target achievements.

Monitor the utilization rates of workshop bays and available technician capacity.
